This article explains the pay-as-you-go pricing and subscription plans and how the credit system works.

CleverX pricing is flexible and transparent.


Here you can find details on which plan might work for you better. CleverX has 2 pricing plans Pay-as-you-go and subscription and here are the differences.

CleverX pricing is built-on a credit system. Credits are consumed and charged irrespective of the plan you've chosen.

  1. Pay-as-you-go plan, also known as 'Usage based pricing'

    1. Recommended for one-off research studies

    2. For occasional participant recruitment needs

    3. Charged by research study

    4. Payment methods accepted at the launch of a study

      1. Credit cards

      2. Debit cards

    5. CleverX fees and participant incentive paid upfront for the study



  2. Subscription plans, also known as 'Essential Plan'

    1. Recommended for higher frequency usage. i.e. Partcipant recruitment for 3+ research studies annually.

    2. Upto 18% discounts compared to pay-as-you-go plan pricing.

    3. Subscription billed annually, based on the credit tier chosen.

    4. Participant incentive paid seperately for every study.

    5. In case of unused credits, balance credits will be rolled-over to the next year.

    6. In case of over consumption you will be charged as per the discounted tier pricing you've subscribed to.
