What is CleverX?

What CleverX does and how it finds the right people for your research.

CleverX is a research platform. You design a study, we find the right people, they take part, and you get the results analysed - all in one place.

The part most tools don't do is the middle. Finding people who genuinely match a narrow professional brief is the hard, slow part of research, and it's included here rather than left to you.

What you can do

- Design a study by describing it. Tell the study builder what you want to learn and it drafts the study for you, including screening questions. You edit anything you disagree with.

- Choose how you want to learn it. Four methods, covered in Study types: which to use when.

- Get the right people. Panel partnerships for consumer and general business audiences. Our own recruitment team for professional audiences that panels can't reach. Or bring your own customers and users.

- Get results back analysed. Sessions are transcribed and summarised, with themes, quotes and sentiment pulled out for you.

Who it's for

Researchers, product managers, marketers and consultants who need to understand people before making a decision.

It suits teams doing continuous research as much as someone running a single study before a launch. Studies can be run alone or shared with colleagues, with stakeholders able to watch without getting in the way.

What makes it different

1. Recruitment is included, not sold separately. On professional studies our team sources, verifies and books your participants. Most platforms sell you access to a panel and leave the rest to you.

2. The people are reachable. When your audience is narrow enough that no panel has them, we go and find them rather than asking you to loosen your criteria.
