Your plan covers seats and platform features. Credits, which pay for running studies, are bought separately.

The plans
| Starter | Pro | Enterprise |
Monthly | $99 | $149 per seat | Custom |
Yearly | $990 | $1,490 per seat | Custom |
Seats | 1 | Unlimited | Unlimited |
Paying yearly saves $198 on Starter and $298 per seat on Pro.
Starter: for one person. All research methods, basic analytics, email and chat support.
Pro: adds the team: shared workspace, unlimited seats, advanced analytics and AI synthesis, priority support, and PDF and PPTX exports.
Enterprise: adds custom credit arrangements, a dedicated customer success manager, SSO and advanced security, custom integrations and SLA guarantees.
Plans don't include credits
This catches people out, so it's worth being direct about it.
Your plan gives you access and seats. It does not come with credits. Credits are bought separately, and one credit is one dollar.
The reason: research volume varies enormously. Someone running two studies a year and someone running two a month need the same platform and very different amounts of credit. Bundling would mean one of them overpays.
See Pricing and credits for what each response costs.
Changing your plan
You can upgrade or downgrade whenever you like.
Upgrades take effect immediately, so if you need team seats mid-project you aren't waiting for a billing date.
Downgrades keep your data. Your studies, recordings, transcripts and analysis stay exactly where they are. You may lose access to features tied to the higher plan, and Starter is limited to one seat, so a team would need to reduce to one person first.
Cancel and you can reactivate later and pick up where you left off.
Adding people
Seats are managed from your team settings. Pro has no seat limit, so you can add people as the team grows and your billing adjusts.
See Team roles and working together for what each role can do.
If you're not sure which plan you need
Start with Starter if you're working alone. Move to Pro when a second person needs access, or when you want the team workspace and richer analysis.
