How to add a credit card?
To connect a new credit card to your CleverX account, go to the ‘wallets & payouts’ section.
Click on ‘payment methods’ and add your card details.
If you already have a card added and want to add a new one, click on ‘add a new card’.
You can add multiple cards and choose to make one primary out of them.

How does CleverX wallet work?
CleverX wallet enables you to do all the transactions seamlessly and ensures that your collaborations are not hindered. With an active wallet on CleverX, you can:
Add and withdraw money
Send and receive payouts
Add and manage your credit cards
Check your overall history of transactions
To withdraw money from your CleverX wallet, you need to connect Stripe to your bank account.
Alternatively, you can also receive payouts in the form of gift cards.
If you are looking to hire someone, it is recommended to add your payment method first.
In case of refunds, the given amount will be credited back to your CleverX wallet, which can be used further for more transactions.

How to connect Stripe?
Stripe is an online payment processing and credit card processing platform for businesses. We use Stripe as our payment partner.
How does it work?
To connect Stripe to your CleverX account, go to the ‘wallets & payouts’ section.
Click on ‘payouts’ under that and click ‘connect stripe’.
This will redirect you to Stripe’s dashboard automatically.
Once done, you can recheck your dashboard for confirmation.

How to get a gift card?
To request a gift card, go to the ‘wallets & payouts’ section in your CleverX account.
Click on ‘payouts’ and select the gift card.
While selecting, you can view the options available and choose accordingly.
How to request a payout?
To request a payout from your CleverX wallet, go to the ‘wallets & payouts’ section.
Click on ‘payouts’ and select your preferred mode for withdrawing the payout.
If you select Stripe, make sure it is connected to your CleverX account.
If you select a gift card, you can view the options available and choose accordingly.
How to get a payout?
Payouts are generally transferred to your CleverX wallet, from where you can either withdraw it to your bank account or process it as gift cards.
Payouts are processed after a project or survey is successfully completed. Please note that if a project or survey is still in progress, it may take some time to receive the payout.
In the case of video calls, payouts are processed after they are successfully completed.
Please make sure that you have your Stripe account connected to your CleverX profile in order to withdraw the money successfully to your bank account.
I responded to a survey; when will I get paid?
It typically takes XXX to process the payout.
If your response has been recorded successfully, you can expect the payout within XXX time.
Please note that sometimes the payouts can be delayed if the project is huge and ongoing.
You need to have an active CleverX wallet; connected with Stripe in order to withdraw the money. Alternatively, you can also opt for a gift card if you wish.
