Invoices, payments and your wallet

How to add credits, manage cards, and find your invoices.

This covers where your money sits, how you top it up, and where to find your paperwork.

Your wallet

Credits live in your wallet. You add funds, and studies draw from that balance as they run.

Your current balance is always visible, so you can see what's available before committing to a study.

Adding credits

Add funds with a card whenever you need them. One credit is one dollar.

You can top up ahead of a study or as you go. If you run several studies a month, adding a larger amount less often saves you repeating the process.

Cards are managed in your billing settings, where you can add, replace or remove them.

Invoices

Every charge produces an invoice you can download. You'll see them for:

  • Study charges

  • Participant payouts

  • Credit purchases

  • Your subscription

Each shows what it covers and when it was raised, enough for an expense claim or your finance team.

Understanding a charge

Two things are charged separately, which is deliberate:

  • Credits cover running the study and finding the participants.

  • Incentives are what participants are paid for their time.

Keeping them apart means you can see exactly what reaches the participant versus what pays for the platform and the recruitment work.

Renewals

If you're on a subscription, you'll get a reminder before each renewal. Nothing should arrive unannounced.

If something looks wrong

Contact us with the invoice number and what you expected to see. We'll go through it line by line.

If a study charged more than you anticipated, tell us the study name too. Usually it's the difference between credits and incentives, and we can show you exactly where each part went.
